I was a bit anxious about leaving my two dogs even though it was only for one night. Mags is 12 and set in her ways, Morag a six month old puppy still learning what is what. Charlotte put my mind at rest. She came to visit and meet the dogs and the five hens. She was very calm and friendly. She also took notes and took a photo,of how much food to give them, I thought that was such a good idea!
On our return the dogs were pleased to see us but not over excited and no sign of anxiety. They had obviously had a good time with Charlotte. Well fed and walked. The hens were happy too!

Charlotte has looked after our Rottweiler for about 6 months, I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after our dog. From our first introduction she was very professional and took lots of notes about Bessie’s needs, I could tell how much she loved animals. Charlotte managed Bessie’s awkward overnight medication and feeding requirements wonderfully. She also noticed instantly when Bessie was under the weather a few months ago and notified us immediately, it was clear how much Charlotte cared about her and her forward thinking meant that Bessie got the veterinary attention that she urgently needed and made a full recovery. Can’t recommend Charlotte’s services highly enough. She let herself in, took 2 of my 3 dogs for an hour long walk (the 3rd doesn’t go that far!!) and dropped them home afterwards. One of my dogs can be tricky but I told Charlotte in advance and she was still happy to walk him and obviously handled him brilliantly.
